354 Restaurant Opens at OKO Tower in Moscow-City

Restaurant 354 has opened on the roof of the OKO skyscraper in Moscow-City, becoming the highest open-terrace restaurant in Europe. The restaurant complex stands 354 m above the ground and occupies three floors: the 86th floor accommodates the 354 outdoor terrace, the 85th floor will accommodate a Russian restaurant with a focus on grill and stoves, and the 84th floor is reserved for a truecost club restaurant. The terrace is protected from rain, wind and sun by a uniquely engineered transformer hood, and in December the terrace will be converted into the highest skating rink in Europe.

Another unique feature of Project 354 is its observation platform that opens up a panoramic view of Moscow. A visiting guide specializing in history runs informative sightseeing tours for all visitors, quite literally at the highest level.

354 is a project of several key figures in the Russian restaurant market: Alexey and Dmitry Vasilchuk (RESTart Holding), Dmitry Sergeyev, Iliodor Marach and Alexander Kan. The interior has been exclusively designed by Yuna Megre (Megre Interiors), Andrey Tsygankov and Natsya Kolchina.
