General Managers of Skyscrapers Shared Experience with Colleagues

A delegation of UGMK, the owner of the Iset Tower in Yekaterinburg, has visited Capital Group’s multipurpose complexes OKO and City of Capitals, recognized as the best real estate in Moscow-City both in terms of architecture and engineering, and management and operation.

The Ural based guests have taken a great interest in the operations of the management company and organization of public space, retail, and infrastructure facilities.

Particular attention was paid to business process organization and implementation of the business model of Capital Group skyscrapers.

Nataliya Pilyutina and Denis Aristov have discussed with their colleagues the problems of high-rise building operation that today each management company has to solve at its own discretion due to the absence of any common code of practice that would apply to all management companies.

The parties have also discussed the aspects of elevator operation, matters of fire security, navigation management, the operation of control stations, and organization of high-level service for residents of skyscraper business areas.
