The highest and biggest apartment available in the OKO Skyscraper in Moscow-City has been sold.

The biggest apartment in Capital Group’s OKO, the tallest residential complex, has been sold. The 295 sq m apartment at the 82nd floor has been sold for 2.65 million USD. “The number of sales has doubled since late September when OKO, the tallest residential skyscraper in Europe, was deemed as fully ready to move in. The sale of this apartment at the uppermost 82nd floor is yet another demonstration of the demand for top price, one-of-a-kind apartments where the buyer knows that no other such apartment will be sold.

Buyers are particularly impressed by the height of the building’s panoramic windows, measuring 5.4 m. There is also a stable demand for inexpensive apartments that are usually used for investment and are rented out after purchase. We have noted a shorter time till the decision to buy.
