NEW TENANT IN OKO BUSINESS CENTER

19.02.2018

American fashion retailer Tommy Hilfiger will open its head office and showroom on the 40th floor of the OKO office building. The total area of its premises will be 680 sq m. Transaction consulting services were provided by JLL and Cushman&Wakefield, and the company expects to fully relocate to its new premises in March 2018.

OKO Business Center is a high-class 49-floor office skyscraper with premium interiors and design solutions.

A significant advantage for office tenants in OKO is the direct access to the project’s well-developed infrastructure, including cafés and restaurants, a fitness club with a private SPA center, a green courtyard, rationally designed public spaces and a large parking lot for 3,400 cars.

OKO Business Center has already been chosen as a business hub by such international companies as BNS Group and CBRE.
